By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, APIs, or loyalty program services (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Platform.
About Loyalty Programz
Loyalty Programz is a technology platform that enables brands, businesses, and organizations to create and manage loyalty, incentive, and rewards programs for their customers, retailers, influencers, sales teams, distributors, and other participants.
The platform facilitates:
Loyalty program enrollment
Points accumulation and reward tracking
Promotional campaigns and gamification
Reward redemption through multiple channels
Campaign analytics and reporting
Loyalty Programz acts as a technology provider and may operate loyalty programs on behalf of partner brands.
Eligibility
To use the Platform, you must:
Be at least 18 years of age, or
Have permission from a legal guardian where applicable
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
User Registration
Users may be required to create an account to participate in certain loyalty programs.
During registration you may be required to provide:
Name
Mobile number
Email address
Location details
Business or retailer information (if applicable)
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and OTP verifications.
Any activity performed using your account will be considered as authorized by you.
Participation in Loyalty Programs
Participation in any loyalty program hosted on the Platform may involve:
Scanning QR codes
Entering product codes
Uploading purchase proofs
Completing tasks or campaigns
Referring other users
Participating in games or promotional activities
Each program may have separate program-specific rules, reward structures, and eligibility criteria defined by the sponsoring brand.
Points and Rewards
Users may earn loyalty points, incentives, rewards, or benefits based on activities defined by the program operator.
Important conditions:
Points have no cash value unless explicitly specified
Points may expire based on program rules
Redemption options may include:
Bank transfer
UPI transfer
Digital vouchers
Product catalog redemption
Campaign-based rewards
The Company reserves the right to verify transactions before approving points or redemption requests.
Redemption Processing
Rewards redemption may be subject to:
Verification of user eligibility
Validation of activity or purchase
Approval from the program operator or brand partner
Redemption requests may take up to 24–72 hours or longer depending on verification requirements.
The Company reserves the right to reject or reverse points or redemption requests in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
Fraud Prevention and Misuse
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Uploading fake purchase proofs
Manipulating QR codes or codes
Creating multiple accounts for unfair advantage
Attempting to exploit system vulnerabilities
Misrepresenting product purchases
If such activities are detected, the Company may:
Suspend or terminate the user account
Cancel accumulated points
Block future participation in programs
Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including but not limited to:
Logos
Designs
Software
Databases
Images
Program content
are the intellectual property of Loyalty Programz or its partner brands.
Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.
Third Party Services
The Platform may integrate with third-party services including:
Payment gateways
Banking systems
UPI services
Messaging platforms (SMS / WhatsApp)
Logistics providers
Voucher providers
Loyalty Programz is not responsible for the policies, availability, or service performance of third-party providers.
Platform Availability
While we strive to ensure uninterrupted service, the Platform may occasionally experience:
Maintenance downtime
Network disruptions
Technical issues
Third-party service interruptions
We do not guarantee continuous or error-free operation of the Platform.
Data Privacy
User data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using the Platform, you consent to:
Collection of personal information
Use of data for program operations
Communication related to loyalty programs
Promotional notifications where applicable
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loyalty Programz shall not be liable for:
Loss of points or rewards
Technical disruptions
Delays in redemption processing
Third-party service failures
Indirect or consequential damages
Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the rewards associated with the specific transaction.
Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Changes will become effective once published on the Platform.
Continued use of the Platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform if:
Terms are violated
Fraudulent activity is detected
Legal or regulatory requirements require action
Users may discontinue using the Platform at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.
