1. Delivery Timeline
- Products redeemed through the loyalty catalog will be dispatched within 7–12 working days from the order confirmation date.
- In case of delays due to logistics, users will be notified via registered communication channels.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping is free unless otherwise specified by the individual loyalty program.
3. Address Accuracy
- Users are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Any delivery failure due to incorrect address or contact information is not our responsibility.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as per your order, please report the issue within 48 hours of receiving the item with supporting images.
- Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a point re-credit.
5. Tracking Orders
- Order tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the product is dispatched.
