We conduct a series of deep dive sessions and discovery to carefully access including gaps, and requirements, if any, and then make detailed brad or business requirement documents or PDD (program design document) in coordination with major stakeholders of clients.
This is the best way to understand program objectives, aspirations of members, customer journey, and expectations that help us formulate a good and clear blueprint. Once PDD is checked and reviewed and approved (signed) by our clients, the same shall go into the development or production, testing and ultimately “launch” on the predetermined date.
