Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued on the Loyalty Programz platform, operated by Loyalty Programz Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

The platform enables businesses to run loyalty programs and allows users to earn and redeem rewards through various mechanisms. Refunds may apply only under specific circumstances as described below.

1. General Policy

Loyalty Programz primarily facilitates:

  • Loyalty reward distribution
  • Incentive program management
  • Redemption processing
  • Digital voucher distribution
  • Bank or UPI transfers for approved rewards

As such, most transactions processed through the platform involve reward redemption rather than direct purchases.

Therefore, refunds are generally not applicable once a redemption request has been processed successfully.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate transactions caused by technical errors
  • Incorrect deduction of points due to system malfunction
  • Failed payment transactions where funds were deducted but the redemption was not completed
  • Cancellation of redemption requests before processing

Refund requests are subject to verification and approval by the Company and/or the sponsoring brand operating the loyalty program.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Successful reward redemption already processed
  • Digital vouchers or coupons already issued
  • Bank or UPI transfers already completed
  • Incorrect redemption requests made by the user
  • Expired points or rewards
  • Violations of program terms or fraudulent activity

4. Redemption Processing

Reward redemptions may require validation by the program operator or sponsoring brand.

Processing timelines may vary depending on the redemption type, including:

  • Bank transfer
  • UPI transfer
  • Digital voucher issuance
  • Product redemption

Once the redemption has been successfully processed, it cannot be reversed or refunded.

5. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is approved, it will typically be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds will be issued through the original method of payment or an alternative method determined by the Company.

6. Fraud Prevention

Refund requests may be denied if there is evidence of:

  • Fraudulent activity
  • Misuse of the platform
  • Manipulation of loyalty points
  • Multiple account abuse
  • The Company reserves the right to suspend accounts involved in such activities.

7. Changes to This Policy

Loyalty Programz reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the Platform.
